Hello.
I love partnering with art directors, publishers, and brands to create illustration that supports storytelling, connects emotionally with audiences, and translates seamlessly across books, editorial projects, and licensed products. Whether the goal is to engage young readers, add warmth to a narrative, or bring a visual concept to life, I focus on artwork that feels thoughtful, human, and purposeful.
I am an illustrator and author based in Philadelphia, creating expressive, emotionally grounded artwork across children’s books, editorial illustration, surface pattern design, and paper goods. My work is rooted in everyday moments, visual storytelling, and the belief that art can foster connection, comfort, and meaning in both small and lasting ways.
I have always been amazed at the power art has to evoke emotion and feeling which has driven me to seek out and strive to create work that makes my heart beat a little bit faster and my life feel a little bit fuller. It seems that art is the one thing that can both ground me and also set me free.
Learning to use and incorporate new mediums, colors, subject matter, and style elements makes me buzz with excitement. Challenges to push myself artistically make me wide-eyed and eager; from researching content for a new project to learning how to use a new art tool - I thrive off of each step of the creative process.
